About the Artist
Marci Fishman Wiesel grew up in Skokie, Illinois. After receiving a degree in architecture from Barnard College of Columbia University in New York, Marci began to develop her own style of Judaic papercutting. In 1999, the Wiesels moved to Israel from Silver Spring, Maryland. She now lives with her husband and seven children in Alon Shvut nestled among the beautiful Judean Hills just south of Jerusalem. Marci Wiesel's works can be seen hanging in homes, synagogues, schools, and offices around the world.
